1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Cv66 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "cv66") is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of casino games, Bingo, sports betting, and related games to users in Malaysia. The platform operates under a valid international gambling licence and complies with all applicable legal standards.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the cv66.ng website, the cv66 mobile app, and all related services. Any access to or use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not proceed with account registration.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use cv66 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the cv66 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

An identity verification (KYC) process will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or recent proof of address. This process is industry standard and is designed to protect the security of your account.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

6 Game Rules & Integrity

7 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Cv66 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is a minor.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering.
• Request from a competent authority.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the cv66 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method subject to verification.

For players who choose to use the self-exclusion as part of our responsible gaming program, the account will be suspended temporarily or permanently based on the player's preference. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Cv66 shall not be held responsible for:

• Damage or loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Content or actions of third parties that may be associated with the platform.

In all circumstances, cv66's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendments, Termination & Applicable Law

Cv66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to users at least 7 days before taking effect via registered email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the cv66 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where cv66 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
